Today was quite a full day. We began with a visit of the Musée du Quai Branly which showcases indigenous art from the non-European world (Africa, Asia, Oceania, Americas) and we enjoyed having the whole museum to ourselves. From there we divided into two groups: Laura and Kari brought half the group to Rue de Rennes for some shopping while Andrew's group walked from the Arc de Triomphe up to Montmartre. The group reconvened for dinner followed by a night on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the world's most famous street. As an indication of how much we did today, by 9:30 the kids were begging to return to hostel and their beds!
More tomorrow!
